Our free demand letter service will help you to separate your good customers from the “professional debtors” that will require our more extensive services. We can prepare and forward a ten-day, seven-day or 72 hour fax/email demand letter for you that will let your debtor know that time is running out. If we receive payment during the period of the demand letter, there are no charges to you. If the debtor does not respond, we will initiate normal collection activity at the moment it expires. Free Debtor Profiling and Bankruptcy Watch Services With our Debtor Profiling, we can provide you with a detailed look at the current state of your debtor’s finances. These reports are invaluable in the decision making process to turn to collections, and we will gladly prepare them for you in most cases the same business day. Our reports are untraceable, and will provide you with at least 10-12 pieces of time sensitive information not available from traditional services.
